FULL BIO
Joe was born in Omaha, Nebraska, and later relocated to Lancaster, Pennsylvania, during high school, where he graduated in 1997. He went on to attend Millersville University before answering the call to serve his country by enlisting in the United States Army in 2001. Over the course of a distinguished 20-year military career, he deployed in support of multiple combat operations, including the initial invasion of Iraq in 2003. Throughout his service, he demonstrated unwavering integrity, resilience, and leadership, earning the trust of those he led while guiding soldiers through some of the nation’s most demanding and complex missions.
Following his retirement from the Army, he continued his commitment to service by investing in his local community. Alongside a fellow veteran, he co-founded a small business—a coffee shop in Wayne, Pennsylvania—focused on building connections and supporting the local economy. His leadership extended into veteran and civic organizations, where he was honored to become the youngest elected Commander of the American Legion in Wayne. He remains actively involved in his community as a Little League baseball coach and a dedicated civic participant.
He and his wife are proud to call Charlestown Township home, where they are raising their family together. He is a devoted stepfather to her three children, embracing the role with pride and commitment, and placing strong emphasis on family values, support, and being actively present in their lives. His experiences as a husband, stepfather, veteran, and small business owner continue to shape his perspective and reinforce his commitment to responsible leadership and accountability.
He is running as the Republican candidate for Pennsylvania’s 167th District because he believes the community deserves a representative who listens first, leads with practical judgment, and remains accountable to the people. He recognizes the growing concerns shared by many residents regarding the direction of the state, particularly when decisions made in Harrisburg fail to reflect the needs and values of local families, workers, and small businesses.
Grounded in the principles of limited government, personal responsibility, and individual freedom, he believes government should serve the people—not hinder them. He is committed to standing up for taxpayers, opposing unnecessary spending, and ensuring that individuals keep more of their hard-earned income.
Above all, he views public office as a position of service rather than power. He is committed to being an honest and dependable voice, focused on restoring common sense, accountability, and trust in government while faithfully representing the values of his community.
